The invention provides a point-hanging and point-pasting construction method for a rock plate and a large tile plate. The point-hanging and point-pasting construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, fixed-point paying-off is conducted, and the installation thickness is determined; secondly, point hanging accessories are installed; thirdly, the hardened wall surface is cleaned through 502; 4, using the AB structural adhesive in a crossed manner; and fifthly, the empty space is subjected to point pasting through ceramic tile glue, and then the flatness is adjusted through a leveling device, wherein the position suitable for structural glue dotting in the second step is obtained. The wall surface in the step 3 comprises an original cement wall, a lime wall or a wall surface bottomed by a wood board. The construction method is simple, the breakage rate of the rock plate and the ceramic tile large plate is reduced, the auxiliary material cost and the labor cost are saved, and the working efficiency is improved.
