The invention discloses a ceramic tile thin pasting sound insulation construction technology based on a leveling function, and relates to the technical field of ceramic tile paving. Comprising the following steps that a base layer is treated, specifically, the straightness, the mechanical strength, the flatness and the cleanliness of the base layer are treated, solid sand is laid on the treated base layer, and then a self-leveling layer is constructed; a decoupling pad is cut, the laying area is measured, then the decoupling pad is unfolded, and the decoupling pad is cut into the shape and the size of the laying area; preparing and coating an adhesive, namely preparing the adhesive, coating the adhesive on the surface of the base layer by using a trowel, and carding into strips; a decoupling pad is laid, and the decoupling pad is laid on the surface of the adhesive in a state where the adhesive is still wet. The decoupling pad is additionally arranged between the ceramic tile and the base layer, decoupling is provided through the open rib structure of the decoupling pad, the structure allows in-plane movement, the in-plane movement effectively counteracts differential movement stress between the base layer and the ceramic tile, and therefore the ceramic tile is prevented from being damaged due to cracking of the base layer.
