The invention relates to the technical field of cast-in-place stair construction, and aims to solve the problems that continuous pouring cannot be achieved, multiple times of surface finishing are needed for steps subsequently, the construction efficiency is low, and a stair cannot be used as a vertical transportation channel before final setting of concrete in a traditional cast-in-place concrete stair method. The invention provides a cast-in-place stair closed formwork system and a construction method thereof.The cast-in-place stair closed formwork system comprises a plurality of shaping formworks, every two adjacent shaping formworks are spliced and fixedly connected, the shaping formworks are made of metal plates, and each shaping formwork is bent to form a tread formwork and a kicking face formwork of a multi-stage stair; the shaping formwork, the side formworks located on the two sides of the shaping formwork and the bottom formwork located below the shaping formwork jointly form a closed formwork system, the shaping formwork is fixedly connected with the side formworks on the two sides, and the bottom formwork is fixedly connected with the side formworks. The stair step concrete can be continuously poured, the working efficiency is improved, the forming quality of cast-in-place stairs can be improved by adopting the typified formworks, and meanwhile the repeated surface finishing work of tread concrete is reduced.
本发明涉及现浇楼梯施工技术领域,旨在解决传统现浇混凝土楼梯的方法存在不能连续浇筑,后续还需要对踏步多次收面,施工效率低,且混凝土终凝前楼梯无法作为垂直运输通道使用的问题,提供一种现浇楼梯封闭式模板系统及其施工方法,其中,现浇楼梯封闭式模板系统包括多块定型模板,相邻两块定型模板拼装固定连接,定型模板采用金属板,每块定型模板被折弯形成多级楼梯的踏面模板和踢面模板;定型模板与位于其两侧的侧模板、位于其下方的底模板共同形成封闭式模板系统,定型模板与两侧的侧模板固定连接,底模板与侧模板固定连接。本发明可连续浇筑梯步混凝土,提高工作效率,采用定型模板可提高现浇楼梯成型质量,同时减少踏面混凝土多次收面工作。
