A connecting piece is arranged at the end, far away from the rod part in the axial direction, of any threaded part, and the connecting piece is in threaded connection with the threaded part. The tie assembly provided by the invention has the function of a wall shear-resistant tie bar, can avoid the staggering and conflicting of the tie piece and the shear-resistant steel bar, and prevents the cracking of the prefabricated panel caused by insufficient arrangement of the tie piece in the transportation, hoisting and on-site concrete pouring processes of the prefabricated part.
