The invention discloses an anti-sidesway and anti-offside device for front wheels of an undercarriage vehicle and a vehicle carrying hanging bracket, and relates to the field of supporting facilities of stereo garages. A vehicle front wheel lateral movement and offside prevention device with a vehicle carrying disc is characterized in that two grooves used for containing vehicle front wheels respectively are formed in the vehicle carrying disc, and a plurality of rotatable vehicle stopping devices are connected to the front sides of the grooves in the vehicle carrying disc through connecting pieces. The lower side face of the front end of each vehicle front wheel is close to or makes contact with the rotatable vehicle stopping device closest to the vehicle front wheel. According to the side-moving and offside-preventing device for the vehicle front wheel of the vehicle carrying disc and the vehicle carrying hanging bracket, the vehicle can be stably parked at the designated position of the vehicle carrying disc, and side moving and offside can be prevented.
