The device comprises a plurality of connecting supporting columns and a plurality of connecting rods, wherein the connecting rods are arranged between every two groups of connecting supporting columns; hinging parts are arranged at the two ends of the connecting rods and are hinged to the two adjacent groups of connecting supporting columns respectively; a plurality of sets of hinge assemblies used for being connected with the connecting rods are arranged on the peripheral side of the connecting supporting column, the hinge assemblies are evenly distributed in an array mode, and the number of the hinge assemblies corresponds to the number of the connecting rods one to one. Five sets of connecting rods with variable lengths are arranged between every two sets of connecting supporting columns, the hinge parts are arranged at the two ends of each connecting rod, the hinge assemblies are arranged on the connecting supporting columns, and the hinge assemblies are matched with the hinge parts, so that a working area can be defined on cement floors with different horizontal heights; and the enclosed working area can be a rectangular area or a polygonal area according to different hinge assemblies.
