The invention provides a back locking knob assembly and a lockset, the back locking knob assembly is mounted on a panel, and the panel comprises a first plate body and a second plate body which are arranged at an interval to form a containing cavity; the back locking knob assembly comprises a knob which is movably arranged on the side, away from the second plate body, of the first plate body; one end of the knob shaft is connected with the knob, and the other end penetrates through the first plate body and is positioned in the accommodating cavity; one end of the transmission shaft is connected with the lock body located on the side, away from the first plate body, of the second plate body so as to open or close the lock body, and the other end of the transmission shaft penetrates through the containing cavity and is connected with the other end of the knob shaft; the elastic piece is located in the containing cavity and arranged on the knob shaft in a sleeving mode; the limiting piece is arranged on the knob shaft in a sleeving mode, fixedly connected with the knob shaft, located in the containing cavity and located on the side, away from the first plate body, of the elastic piece; the elastic piece comprises a plurality of disc springs which are sequentially arranged along the center line of the rotary knob shaft, so that the problem that a return elastic piece of a back locking rotary knob on a door lock in the prior art is prone to damage is solved.
