The invention relates to a vehicle-mounted equipment state memory method and system and an automobile. The method comprises the following steps that a user adjusts the opening degree of each automobile window to a preferred position; the user requests to set the car window preference; reading state data of the current vehicle window opening degree and current user information; establishing a mapping relationship between the state data and the user information, and writing the mapping relationship into a mapping table for storage; after the car window preference setting is completed, different users input current user information of themselves and inquire the mapping table according to the current user information, and state data corresponding to the user information is output to the car body controller; and the vehicle body controller controls the vehicle window motor to adjust the opening degree of the vehicle window according to the state data. There is no need to arrange too many keys in the vehicle to be associated with the opening degree of the vehicle window, and the interior of the vehicle is more attractive. And the user does not need to memorize the key corresponding to the desired vehicle window opening degree, so that the user can more conveniently use the state memory function of the vehicle-mounted equipment, and the utilization rate is higher.
