The invention provides a magnetic particle magnetic-thermal deicing method and device, and the method comprises the steps: taking magnetic particles as an ice and snow prevention and removal coating or placing the magnetic particles on the surface of an ice and snow coated object, including the surface of the ice coated object and the surface of a snow coated object, aiming at the icing and snow coating of an airplane, the icing and snow coating of a road and the icing and snow coating of power transmission and transformation equipment of a power system; an external excitation source is utilized to excite a coil to generate a magnetic field, the magnetic field acts on magnetic particles, due to relaxation loss, magnetic hysteresis loss or a magnetization energy accumulation effect, magnetic energy is converted into heat energy, the temperature of the position where the magnetic particles are located is increased, ice and snow layers including an ice layer and a snow layer are removed, and ice and snow melting and ice and snow removing are achieved. The magnetic particle magnetocaloric deicing device applying the method is composed of a multi-mode excitation source, a coil, a test system, a control and display system and a magnetic particle medium.
