The production process comprises the following steps: (1) selecting gypsum powder to prepare primary pulp; (2) preparing gypsum slurry; (3) extruding and forming the gypsum slurry; (4) conveying and drying; and (5) packaging finished products. The mesh number of a screen of the screen centrifugal machine is 80, the granularity of gypsum powder is more uniform through screening and impurity removal, the surface of a gypsum board is smoother, the uneven condition is not prone to occurring, the particles of the gypsum powder can be finer, the surface area of the gypsum powder can be increased, and therefore the binding power and strength of the gypsum board are improved; the pressure intensity is 30.8 MPa-35.8 MPa when the gypsum slurry is extruded, the formed gypsum plaster board is obtained, particles of the gypsum board can be more tightly combined together, so that the strength and hardness of the gypsum board are improved, and the particles of the gypsum board can be more uniformly distributed by controlling the pressure intensity when the gypsum board is extruded, so that the shrinkage rate of the gypsum board is reduced.
