Method for producing concrete pipe pile and concrete pipe pile
The invention discloses a method for producing a concrete pipe pile and the concrete pipe pile. The method for producing the concrete pipe pile comprises the following steps that a surface layer of the pipe pile is formed by adopting C100-C120 concrete in a mold through a centrifugal process; on the basis that the surface layer is formed, C80-C90 concrete is adopted to form a transition layer of the pipe pile through a centrifugal process; and on the basis that the transition layer is formed, C60-C70 concrete is adopted to form an inner layer of the pipe pile through a centrifugal process, and forming is completed. The concrete pipe pile is obtained based on the method. Concrete materials with different properties are adopted step by step to centrifugally produce the pipe pile, the surface layer is made of rapidly-set and hardened super-early-strength concrete, so that the steam-curing-free pipe pile concrete is rapidly demolded, the pipe pile production efficiency is improved, the concrete on the surface layer has good properties, and the quality of the pipe pile concrete can be effectively improved; the surface layer and the inner layer are connected into a whole through the transition layer, so that the machined pipe pile can be rapidly demolded and has good durability.
