According to the invention, alkylbenzene is used as a main raw material, and a sulfide obtained after a vulcanization reaction can fully activate a cementing material in concrete, promote a hydration reaction and improve the cohesive force, so that the defect that the strength is reduced due to introduction of bubbles into the concrete is overcome; and after the additive is added into newly mixed cement paste, mortar and concrete, the bubble film wall is thicker, a good spherical shape can be kept, and the mixture is high in cohesiveness, easy to pump and easy to vibrate and compact.
