Polymer concrete gravel regulator and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a polymer concrete gravel regulator and a preparation method thereof. The polymer concrete gravel regulator comprises 40-70 parts of a polyurethane emulsion, 3-5 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 1-3 parts of polycarboxylic acid cellulose, 3-8 parts of calcium silicate, 1-4 parts of limestone powder and 40-80 parts of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: adding the polycarboxylic acid cellulose, the calcium silicate and the limestone powder into water, and uniformly stirring to obtain a mixed solution; adding polyvinyl alcohol into the mixed solution, heating to 95-98 DEG C, and cooling to room temperature after the polyvinyl alcohol is completely dissolved to obtain an intermediate solution; and adding the polyurethane emulsion into the intermediate solution, and uniformly mixing to obtain the polymer concrete gravel regulator. Under the condition of reducing the sand rate of the concrete, the compressive strength of the concrete can be enhanced, so that the use amount of sand in the concrete can be reduced.
