Inorganic water-based penetrant for fiber cement board as well as preparation method and application of inorganic water-based penetrant
The invention relates to an inorganic water-based penetrant for a fiber cement board and a preparation method and application thereof, the inorganic water-based penetrant comprises silicate, an auxiliary agent and water, the mass ratio of the silicate to the water is 1: (1-3), and the silicate is a mixture of sodium silicate, potassium silicate and lithium silicate. The inorganic water-based penetrant can permeate into the fiber cement board, silicate in the inorganic water-based penetrant can be subjected to secondary reaction with calcium hydroxide generated by hydration reaction of the fiber cement board, so that the structure is more stable, and the strength of the fiber cement board is effectively improved through high-temperature curing; meanwhile, the inorganic water-based penetrant permeates into the fiber cement board to physically fill the pore structure of the fiber cement board and micro-cracks generated in the sanding process, so that the strength of the fiber cement board treated by the inorganic water-based penetrant is improved, and the waterproof and moisture-proof capabilities of the fiber cement board can be improved. The treated fiber cement board is applied to the decorative board, and the binding force of the fiber cement board and an organic binding agent is greatly improved.
本发明涉及一种纤维水泥板用无机水性渗透剂及其制备方法和应用,无机水性渗透剂包含硅酸盐、助剂和水,所述硅酸盐与水的质量比为1:1~3,所述硅酸盐为硅酸钠、硅酸钾、硅酸锂的混合物。本发明无机水性渗透剂能够渗透至纤维水泥板的内部,无机水性渗透剂中的硅酸根可以与纤维水泥板水化反应产生的氢氧化钙进行二次反应,使其结构更加稳定,且经过高温固化,有效提升纤维水泥板的强度,同时该无机水性渗透剂渗透到纤维水泥板中,物理填充其孔隙结构及在砂光过程中产生的微裂缝,使得经该无机水性渗透剂处理后的纤维水泥板除强度提升之外,还能提升其防水防潮能力。将处理后的纤维水泥板用于装饰板上其与有机粘接剂结合力大为提高。
