Polycarboxylate superplasticizer and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of polycarboxylate superplasticizers, and particularly discloses a polycarboxylate superplasticizer and a preparation process thereof. The preparation process of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer comprises the following steps: S1, uniformly mixing isopentenyl polyglycol ether, water and an initiator, and heating to 60-80 DEG C to prepare a reaction solution; s2, uniformly mixing acrylic acid, a protective monomer and water to prepare a solution A; uniformly mixing a reducing agent, a chain transfer agent and water to prepare a solution B; and S3, slowly dropwise adding the solution A and the solution B into the reaction solution under continuous stirring, reacting for 3-5 hours, and adjusting the pH value to 5-7, thereby obtaining the product, the protective monomer is composed of acrylate and a thiophene derivative according to a molar ratio of (5-10): (3-3.5). The polycarboxylate superplasticizer provided by the invention has the advantages of high water-reducing rate and stable and slow release.
