The invention discloses a connecting system for connecting an existing track and a frame bridge and a frame bridge construction method. The technical problem that in the prior art, a frame bridge is difficult to jack for construction due to obstruction of bearing piles is solved. The connecting system for connecting the existing track and the frame bridge comprises a reinforcing beam, a frame bridge and a connecting device, and the reinforcing beam is arranged below the existing track; the transfer structure is arranged between the reinforcing beam and the frame bridge; in the jacking direction of the frame bridge, the conversion structures are arranged on the top face of the frame bridge at intervals and connected with the reinforcing beams. The transfer structure comprises a rolling mechanism, a lifting mechanism and a transfer mechanism, and the rolling mechanism is used for rolling along the top surface of the frame bridge in the jacking process of the frame bridge; the rolling mechanism comprises a roller assembly; the connecting mechanism is used for being connected with a reinforcing beam above the frame bridge; and the supporting mechanism is used for connecting the rolling mechanism and the connecting mechanism.
