The invention relates to the technical field of track soft sleeper installation, in particular to a ballastless track roadbed slab soft sleeper spreading device which comprises a prefabricated box used for pouring concrete, sleeper placing tables are symmetrically welded to the front end of the prefabricated box, and a distance control conveying set is horizontally moved into the position over the prefabricated box. The distance control conveying set comprises a conveying belt, a conveying motor, connecting plates arranged in the two sides of the conveying belt and movable rods embedded in the horizontal center lines of the connecting plates, and electric cylinders are arranged at the two ends of each movable rod.
