Stepped permeable pressure-reducing porous light embankment structure and construction method
The invention discloses a stepped water-permeable pressure-reducing porous light embankment structure and a construction method, and relates to the technical field of road construction, the stepped water-permeable pressure-reducing porous light embankment structure comprises a foam light soil layer, an asphalt waterproof layer, a water-permeable structure layer and a base which are sequentially arranged below a pavement structure, the water-permeable structure layer is stepped, and a waste tire frame is arranged on the side slope side of the water-permeable structure layer; the water-permeable structure layer comprises a plurality of water-permeable light porous structure layers which are transversely and sequentially spliced, and the permeability coefficients of the water-permeable light porous structure layers are sequentially decreased from the water incoming side of the road to the other side of the road; a plurality of waste tires are distributed in the base, and one end of each steel pipe pile is embedded in a waste tire cavity and is vertically arranged; the waste tires are filled with dense gravel materials, and the space between every two adjacent waste tires and the space between the steel pipe piles are filled with gravel concrete layers. Stepped filling is adopted, and when water flows from one side of a road, excessive scouring to a roadbed due to the fact that the water flow velocity is too large can be relieved; when water comes from one side of a road, the centralized drainage channel is cooperated to accelerate drainage of the embankment.
本发明公开了一种阶梯式透水减压多孔轻质路堤结构及施工方法,涉及道路建设技术领域,包括沿路面结构以下依次设置的泡沫轻质土层、沥青防水层、透水结构层和基底,透水结构层为阶梯式,透水结构层边坡侧设有废旧轮胎框架;透水结构层包括多个横向依次拼接的透水型轻质多孔结构层,透水型轻质多孔结构层的渗透系数由道路来水一侧向另一侧依次递减;基底内分布多个废旧轮胎,钢管桩一端埋设于废旧轮胎腔内,并沿竖向设置;废旧轮胎内部充填密实砂石料,相邻废旧轮胎之间以及钢管桩之间填充碎石混凝土层。本发明采用阶梯式填筑,当道路一侧来水时能够减轻因水流流速过大而对路基造成过度冲刷;能够在道路一侧来水时,协同集中排水通道加速路堤排水。
