The invention provides a combined construction method for a limited embankment underneath passing existing railway subgrade, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, constructing a subgrade overhead system, overhead an existing railway subgrade section in a flood discharge range, removing the existing railway subgrade in the flood discharge range, and casting a continuous rigid frame in situ; a cross-shaped bridge head is built at the intersection of the dike planning axis and the existing railway roadbed axis, and a main body of the underpass railway section dike is formed; constructing structural embankments at the two ends of the cross-shaped bridge head, and backfilling a filling embankment; finally, the roadbed overhead system is dismantled. In the construction process, all structures are provided with pile foundations so as to reduce the deformation influence of the additional load of a new project on the existing railway. The method effectively solves the technical problems of limited structure space, high settlement deformation control requirement, difficulty in railway operation and construction and the like when the undercrossing railway subgrade space of the embankment project in the newly-built river regulation project is limited, and meets the use requirements of the newly-built project on the premise of ensuring the operation safety of the existing railway.
本发明提供了一种堤防下穿既有铁路路基受限时合建的方法,首先施工路基架空体系,对行洪范围内的既有铁路路基段进行架空,掏除位于行洪范围内的既有铁路路基,并现浇连续刚构;再在堤防规划轴线与既有铁路路基轴线交叉处合建十字桥头,形成下穿铁路段堤防的主体;然后在十字桥头两端施工结构堤防,并回填填土堤防;最后拆除路基架空体系;在此施工过程中,所有结构物均设置桩基础,以减小新建工程附加荷载对既有铁路的变形影响。该发明有效解决了新建河道治理工程中的堤防工程下穿铁路路基空间受限时,结构空间紧张,沉降变形控制要求高,铁路运营施工困难等技术难题,在保证既有铁路运营安全前提下满足新建工程使用需要。
