The cross beam comprises a plurality of sections, the sections are connected through bolts, the cross beam is made of I45b I-shaped steel, and a plurality of transverse limiting devices are arranged on the cross beam. The multiple screw jacks are arranged on the outer side of the cross beam to jack up the steel truss, then the longitudinal moving rollers are installed on the cross beam and along the bottom of the steel truss, the cross beam serves as a track when the steel truss slides, and friction force generated when the steel truss slides can be effectively reduced.
