Adjustable cover beam mold
The adjustable cover beam mold comprises a bottom mold body, side mold bodies, end mold bodies and a mold plate connecting piece, the bottom mold body and the end mold bodies are arranged between the two side mold bodies, and the two side mold bodies are fixedly connected through the mold plate connecting piece; the bottom die comprises a plurality of first die plates, pier column connecting holes are formed in the bottom die, and every two adjacent first die plates are detachably connected through a splicing piece; the two end molds are hinged to the first mold plates at the two ends of the bottom mold respectively, adjusting assemblies are hinged to the first mold plates at the two ends of the bottom mold, and the tail ends of the two adjusting assemblies are hinged to the outer walls of the two end molds respectively. Each side die comprises a plurality of second die plates which are horizontally arranged, and every two adjacent second die plates are detachably connected through a connecting sleeve and a connecting rod. The splicing number of the first formworks and the second formworks is selected according to the designed bent cap size so as to adjust the length and height of the bent cap, and the inclination angle of the end formwork is adjusted through the adjusting assembly, so that the requirements of different types of bent cap molds are met, and pouring of the different types of bent cap molds is achieved.
