The invention relates to a vacuum dewatering cement mixing pile roadbed treatment construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, construction preparation: cleaning and flattening a road range site, and setting a dewatering drilling area and a cement mixing pile construction area; s2, drilling and pipe burying are conducted, specifically, in the range of the dewatering drilling area, a vacuum dewatering well is drilled, a well point pipe and a water collecting header pipe are buried, and a vacuum pump is arranged; s3, a cement mixing pile is constructed, a drilling machine is used for guniting, stirring, sinking and lifting, and stirring, sinking and lifting are repeated; and S4, pile heads are broken and removed, a 12% lime soil cushion layer with the thickness of 0.5 m is replaced and filled, a bidirectional geogrid is laid in the middle of the cushion layer, qualified plain soil is filled above the bidirectional geogrid, and a soil roadbed is formed through layered compaction. Compared with the prior art, the construction method provided by the invention has the advantages that before cement mixing pile construction, the vacuum well points are arranged on the proposed site for dewatering, so that the water content of a roadbed soil body to be reinforced is reduced, the water level is reduced, dissipation of cement grout along with water flow is reduced, and the pile forming quality is ensured.
