The invention discloses a flush valve and a closestool, and relates to the technical field of sanitary ware. The flushing valve comprises a valve body and an anti-siphon structure, a cavity is formed in the valve body, the valve body is further provided with a water inlet end and a water outlet end which are communicated with the cavity, a ventilation notch is formed in the end face of the water outlet end, and an air inlet channel communicated with the ventilation notch is further formed in the outer wall face of the water outlet end; the anti-siphon structure comprises a connector and a sealing piece, the connector is connected to the outer wall face of the water outlet end in a sleeving mode, and the sealing piece is fixed to the inner wall of the connector. The sealing piece has a first state that the sealing piece abuts against the outer wall face of the water outlet end to seal the air inlet channel, or the sealing piece has a second state that the sealing piece is separated from the outer wall face of the water outlet end to open the air inlet channel, and in the second state, outside air can enter the valve body through the air inlet channel and the ventilation notch. According to the technical scheme, the anti-siphon structure of the flush valve is simplified, and the stability of the flush valve is improved.
