Comprising a filtering system and a water storage system, the filtering system comprises a fixing ring, a first filtering net and a stirring assembly; the shifting assembly comprises a rotating block, a convex block and a plurality of shifting blocks; the fixed ring is arranged on the overflow port; the first filter screen is arranged on the fixing ring; the rotating block is rotationally connected to the top of the first filter screen; the shifting block is arranged on the rotating block; the protruding block is arranged on the side, away from the first filter screen, of the stirring block. The water storage system is used for storing the filtered rainwater; movement of rainwater drives a shifting block to move, movement of the shifting block drives a rotating block to move, movement of the rotating block enables floating objects mingled in the rainwater to generate centrifugal movement, the floating objects move to the outer side of the shifting block, and the phenomenon that the floating objects fall to a first filter screen, and consequently the first filter screen is blocked is reduced; and the speed of rainwater entering the water storage system is increased.
