Modularized adjustable suspended ceiling assembly structure and mounting method thereof
The modularized adjustable suspended ceiling assembly structure comprises a plurality of integrated modularized keel modules, a lifting frame for lifting all the integrated modularized keel modules is arranged above the integrated modularized keel modules, a plurality of vertically-arranged lead screws are arranged on the lifting frame, and the lead screws are connected with the integrated modularized keel modules. Connecting nodes in one-to-one correspondence with the screw rods are formed on the integrated modular keel module; the top of the lead screw is provided with a lead screw adjusting nut abutting against the lifting frame, and the bottom of the lead screw is provided with a keel adjusting nut abutting against the integrated modular keel module. The method is characterized in that a ceiling adopts a quick-assembly welding-free technology, according to a field rebate or flat ceiling model, required integrated modular keel modules are formed through prefabrication, standardized segmented splicing and assembling are conducted on site, the integrated modular keel modules are connected through lead screws, the working procedure is optimized, the base layer welding process of the integrated modular keel modules is omitted, and the integrated modular keel modules are assembled in a standard mode. And the problem that deviation exists between composite plate installation and base layer steel structure framework positioning is solved.
一种模块化可调式吊顶装配结构及其安装方法,包括若干一体式模块化龙骨模块,若干所述一体式模块化龙骨模块上方设有吊装所有一体式模块化龙骨模块的吊装架,吊装架上设有若干竖直设置的丝杆,一体式模块化龙骨模块上形成有与若干丝杆一一对应的连接节点;所述丝杆顶部设有与吊装架抵接的丝杆调节螺母,丝杆底部设有与一体式模块化龙骨模块抵接的龙骨调节螺母;其特征在于,吊顶采用快装免焊技术,依据现场跌级或平级吊顶造型,通过预制形成所需的一体式模块化龙骨模块,到场进行标准化分段拼接组装,通过丝杆与一体式模块化龙骨模块连接,优化工序,省去一体式模块化龙骨模块基层焊接流程,消除复合版安装与基层钢结构骨架定位存在偏差的问题。
