The steel reinforcement cage comprises an upper mesh and a lower mesh, mesh hierarchical connectors are arranged between cross nodes of transverse and longitudinal steel bars of the corresponding upper mesh and lower mesh, each mesh hierarchical connector comprises a supporting connecting rod, and steel bar node chucks are arranged at the two ends of each supporting connecting rod respectively. The steel bar node chuck comprises a pair of clamping pieces fastened by a clamping device, one of the clamping pieces is connected with the supporting connecting rod, and the pair of clamping pieces fastened by the clamping device in each mesh level connector is used for positioning and fastening transverse steel bars and longitudinal steel bars in the meshes respectively. The wall and floor slab construction method comprises the following steps of: assembling the mesh hierarchical connector, connecting the mesh hierarchical connector with a template, positioning and clamping cross nodes of transverse and longitudinal steel bars of the upper mesh and the lower mesh by the mesh hierarchical connector, connecting another template on a wall reinforcement cage, integrally erecting, hoisting and positioning the template on site, connecting the template with a wall or a beam column, and pouring concrete.
