The invention discloses a circulating type lifting system, a lifting vehicle carrying plate and a lifting and transverse moving stereo garage, and belongs to the technical field of stereo garages. The lifting system comprises a front lifting point chain and a rear lifting point chain, the front lifting point chain is connected with a traction rope after passing through a first reversing assembly, the rear lifting point chain is connected with the other end of the traction rope after passing through a second reversing assembly, and the traction rope is reversed through a third reversing assembly; wherein the first reversing assembly and the second reversing assembly share a double-row power chain wheel, the double-row power chain wheel is connected with a driving assembly, and under the driving of the driving assembly, the front lifting point chain and the rear lifting point chain are driven to be released or recycled synchronously through reversing of the reversing assemblies. A circulating lifting mode is adopted, the use amount of chains can be reduced, and the purpose of saving cost is achieved. Meanwhile, the requirement for a steel structure frame can be lowered through the lifting vehicle carrying plate, and therefore cost reduction is facilitated.
