The upper portion of the frame assembly is located on the ground, the lower portion of the frame assembly is located in a pit, and the first parking layer is at least provided with a transverse-moving vehicle plate. The first transverse moving device is fixed to the transverse moving vehicle plate, and the first transverse moving device drives the transverse moving vehicle plate to move left and right in the transverse direction; the vehicle carrying frame is movably arranged on the frame assembly and placed in the pit, and a platen is fixed to the vehicle carrying frame; the transmission device comprises a transmission driving motor assembly, transmission chain wheels and transmission chains, the transmission chain wheels are arranged on the two sides of the two ends of the vehicle carrying frame, the transmission chain wheels located on the upper portion are connected through a transmission shaft, the transmission chain wheels located on the same side are connected through the transmission chains, the transmission driving motor assembly is connected with the transmission shaft, and the vehicle carrying frame is connected with the transmission chains.
