The invention relates to the technical field of building materials, in particular to a cementing material, a preparation method thereof and a grouting material containing the cementing material. The alunite tailings entrained in the copper ore are subjected to high-temperature pretreatment and then mixed with nano silicon powder, titanium gypsum, quick lime and an exciting agent according to a certain mass ratio, the mixture is ground to have a certain specific surface area, and a cementing material is prepared; and mixing the cementing material with aggregate, an additive and water to prepare the grouting material. The fluidity, compressive strength and expansion rate of the obtained grouting material are superior to those of a cement-based grouting material, the problem that large-area land is occupied due to accumulation of the alunite tailings carried in the waste copper ore is solved, an idea is provided for subsequent reduction of large use of cement, and the grouting material has good economic benefits and social benefits.
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种胶凝材料及其制备方法以及包含其的灌浆料。本发明通过将铜矿中夹带的明矾石尾矿进行高温预处理后,与纳米硅粉、钛石膏、生石灰和激发剂按照一定质量比混合并粉磨至具有一定的比表面积,制备得到胶凝材料;将胶凝材料与骨料、外加剂和水混合制备得到灌浆料。本发明获得的灌浆料的流动度、抗压强度和膨胀率均优于水泥基灌浆料,而且解决了废弃铜矿中夹带的明矾石尾矿因堆积而占用大面积土地的问题,也为后续降低对水泥的大量使用提供了思路,具有较好的经济效益和社会效益。
