The invention provides porous ceramic as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The porous ceramic provided by the invention comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 30%-50% of corundum, 5%-20% of aluminum oxide, 15%-35% of silicon oxide and 10%-20% of a sintering aid. The porous ceramic provided by the invention takes corundum particles as aggregate, and has excellent strength, aperture, porosity, liquid locking capability and liquid guiding performance. On one hand, the porous ceramic provided by the invention has relatively high strength, and powder falling of the porous ceramic can be prevented, so that the service life is prolonged, and the use safety is improved; and on the other hand, the porous ceramic provided by the invention has excellent liquid locking capability and liquid guiding capability on the premise of not using a pore forming agent, can realize rapid liquid guiding and locking, and effectively avoids dry burning failure caused by insufficient liquid supply at the heating position of the ceramic atomizing core.
本发明提供了一种多孔陶瓷及其制备方法与应用。本发明提供的多孔陶瓷包括如下质量百分比成分:刚玉30%~50%、氧化铝5%~20%、氧化硅15%~35%和助烧剂10%~20%。本发明提供的多孔陶瓷以刚玉颗粒为骨料,具有优异的强度、孔径、孔隙率、锁液能力和导液性能。一方面,本发明提供的多孔陶瓷具有较高的强度,可防止多孔陶瓷出现掉粉而提高使用寿命与使用的安全性;另一方面,本发明提供的多孔陶瓷在无需使用造孔剂的前提下,具有优良的锁液能力和导液能力,能够实现快速导液和锁液,有效避免陶瓷雾化芯发热位置因供液不足而出现干烧失效。
