A fixed formwork used for supporting the formwork is manufactured; ground anchors are reserved on the two sides of the hard road shoulder, and the fixed formwork is fixed to the two sides of the hard road shoulder through the ground anchors and forms constraining force on the formwork. Concrete is poured into the formwork; removing the mold after the concrete is solidified and meets the requirement: firstly removing the fixed mold frame, and then removing the template; and the template can change along with the linear change of the road, so that the construction progress is accelerated, the construction becomes simple and quick, and the construction time is shortened.
