The longitudinal slope adjusting mechanism and the tensioning and cracking preventing adjusting mechanism are arranged in the adjusting groove side by side, the slope of the beam bottom wedge-shaped block is adjusted through the longitudinal slope adjusting mechanism, the beam bottom wedge-shaped block is prevented from cracking in the tensioning process of the precast beam through the tensioning and cracking preventing adjusting mechanism, and the end of the precast beam is prevented from cracking; and the beam bottom wedge-shaped block can be used for multiple times, so that the construction budget can be reduced, and the construction efficiency of the precast beam can be improved.
