The invention discloses a combined drainage marked line and a construction method thereof, the combined drainage marked line comprises a hot melting marked line layer coated on a road surface and a drainage layer uniformly arranged in the hot melting marked line layer, the hot melting marked line layer contains glass powder, the drainage layer contains reflective glass beads, and the reflective glass beads are constructed in the drainage layer and on the surface of the drainage layer in a manner of premixing firstly and then spreading on site; the drainage layer is placed in a cylindrical groove which is formed by sinking a pavement downwards by 2mm, and the drainage layer is slightly lower than the hot melting marking layer; water swelling rubber is arranged at the bottom of the drainage layer, the size of the water swelling rubber is increased after the water swelling rubber encounters water, the height of the drainage layer is increased, and after water is evaporated to dryness, the water swelling rubber loses water and recovers to the original shape; the mode that the hot melting marking line layer and the drainage layer are combined is adopted, the reflection area of the marking line in rainy days is increased, the marking line can keep high anti-sliding performance and light reflection effect in rainy and snowy weather, and meanwhile the service life of the marking line can be prolonged through the combined marking line arrangement.
本发明公开一种组合式排水标线及其施工方法,包括涂敷于路面的热熔标线层和均匀置于热熔标线层中的排水层,所述热熔标线层内部含有玻璃粉,所述排水层含有反光玻璃微珠,以先预混后现场撒布的方式施工在排水层内部和表面;所述排水层放置在路面向下凹陷2mm的圆柱状凹槽中,所述排水层的高度略低于热熔标线层设置;所述排水层底部设置有遇水膨胀橡胶,膨胀橡胶遇水之后体积变大,使排水层高度增加,待水分蒸干后,遇水膨胀橡胶失水恢复原样;采用热熔标线层和排水层相结合的方式,增大标线在雨天的反射面积,使标线在雨雪天气下也能保持较高的抗滑性能和反光效果,同时这种组合式标线设置也能提高标线的使用寿命。
