The water collection subsystem is located in a box body of the underground facility and comprises a drainage ditch and a water collection pit; a submersible sewage pump is arranged at the bottom of the water collecting pit; the control subsystem comprises a power supply module, a control module, a liquid level detection module, a pressure detection module, a first electromagnetic valve and a second electromagnetic valve; the control module is used for controlling the submersible sewage pump, the first electromagnetic valve and the second electromagnetic valve according to information collected by the liquid level detection module and the pressure detection module.
