A first anchor chain, a second anchor chain, a first anchor fluke and a second anchor fluke; one end of the loading cable is connected with the pile outer wall; one end of the force transmission cable is connected with the loading cables connected with the test piles, and the other end of the force transmission cable bypasses the fixed pulley, is connected with the large-tonnage high-precision dynamometer and the marking cable and then is connected with the large-tonnage electric winch or the second standby test ship. According to the method, driving of a counter-force anchor pile is avoided, the test period is short, the cost is low, operation is convenient, the application range is wide, the detection device can be repeatedly used, and engineering economy is further saved.
