The invention provides a novel steel-concrete building composite structure. The novel steel-concrete building composite structure comprises prefabricated concrete floor slabs, steel beams and connecting steel plates. The connecting steel plate is preassembled at the end part of the prefabricated concrete floor slab; a clamping part protruding downwards is arranged at the bottom of the connecting steel plate; a connecting hole is formed in an upper flange plate of the steel beam; the end part of the prefabricated concrete floor slab is lapped on the upper flange plate, and the clamping part is inserted into the connecting hole. By arranging the preassembled connecting steel plates, quick installation of the prefabricated concrete floor slab and the steel beam can be achieved, the workload is small, the efficiency is high, and the connecting structure is firmer after installation.
