The method comprises the steps that S1, after a concrete floor of a reference layer is constructed, column steel bars of the reference layer are bound; s2, for the outer wall, without the reserved mounting hole, of the reference layer, a plurality of outer wall plates are arranged and stacked between every two adjacent column steel bars in a matrix mode, and the outer wall corresponding to the position between every two column steel bars is formed; for the outer wall of the reserved mounting hole of the reference layer, the outer wall panel is integrally formed and matched to form the mounting hole, and the outer wall panel is integrally hoisted and positioned to form the outer wall between two corresponding column steel bars; s3, formwork supporting is conducted on the main body structure and the outer wall of the reference layer, concrete is poured, and a formwork is removed after pouring is completed; and S4, taking the reference floor as a starting point, adding one floor every time, and repeating the steps S1-S3 until the end.
