The invention provides a chlorine-containing organic waste treatment method, and relates to the technical field of chemical engineering and environmental protection. The efficient and environment-friendly plasma reactor is adopted for treating the chlorine-containing organic waste, the characteristics of high temperature, high energy density and rapid reaction of plasma are utilized, so that the small reactor has large treatment capacity, the chlorine-containing organic waste can be fully cracked and converted into a product with high additional value by controlling the reaction temperature, and the chlorine-containing organic waste can be recycled. A solid-phase product mainly containing carbon and phosphorus and a gas-phase product mainly containing acetylene and hydrogen chloride are obtained; feeding a solid product to a downstream cement plant to prepare calcium phosphate cement; the gas-phase product is sent to a downstream polyvinyl chloride production section to prepare a vinyl chloride monomer, or is purified and separated by conventional separation means such as absorption, adsorption and the like, and then is used for other process purposes, so that the resource utilization of the hazardous waste is realized. And the whole process is closed and circulated, incineration combustion is not needed, other waste is not generated, dioxin is not generated, and zero emission of pollutants can be achieved.
本发明提供了一种含氯有机废物的处理方法,涉及化工和环保技术领域。本发明采用高效环保的等离子体反应器对含氯有机废物进行处理,利用等离子体高温、高能量密度和快速反应的特点使得小反应器具有较大处理量,通过控制反应的温度,可以将含氯有机废物充分裂解并转化为附加值高的产品,获得以碳和磷为主的固相产品和以乙炔、氯化氢为主的气相产品;固体产物送至下游水泥厂制备磷酸钙水泥;气相产物送至下游聚氯乙烯生产工段,制备氯乙烯单体,或经吸收、吸附等常规分离手段纯化分离后,用于其他工艺用途,实现了危废的资源化利用。并且整个过程密闭循环,无需发生焚化燃烧,不产生其他废物,无二噁英的生成,可以做到污染物的零排放。
