The invention discloses a cement waterproofing agent composition and application thereof in prolonging the durability of cement. The cement waterproofing agent composition is prepared from at least one of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid, L-aspartic acid, sodium sulfate, sodium silicate and nano silicon dioxide. Durability studies show that the chloride ion penetration resistance and the sulfate erosion resistance of the concrete matrix are improved by the five chemical components.
