The invention relates to bamboo fiber lightweight high-strength concrete and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of concrete, and aims to solve the problems of resource exhaustion and environmental pollution caused by natural aggregate exploitation. The concrete is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 700 to 850 parts of ceramsite; 100 to 200 parts of shale pottery sand; 425 to 525 parts of cement; 55 to 65 parts of silica fume; 0-30 parts of fly ash; 0-20 parts of mineral powder; 80 to 160 parts of natural sand; 5.5 to 6.5 parts of a water reducing agent; 60 to 90 parts of floating beads; 0 to 15 parts of nano SiO2; 0 to 1.5 parts of a carbon nanotube; 0-6 parts of graphene oxide; 50 to 70 parts of water; and 1.5 to 7.5 parts of bamboo fiber. The bamboo fiber light-weight high-strength concrete with the strength grade of LC60 or above and good performance is successfully developed according to the mix proportion design, the tensile strength of the light-weight aggregate concrete is powerfully improved, the brittleness of the light-weight high-strength concrete is reduced, and engineering popularization and application of the light-weight aggregate concrete are facilitated.
本发明涉及一种竹纤维轻质高强混凝土及其制备方法,属于混凝土技术领域,用于解决天然骨料开采所造成的资源枯竭与环境污染问题。该混凝土包括如下重量份数的各组分:陶粒700‑850份;页岩陶砂100‑200份;水泥425‑525份;硅灰55‑65份;粉煤灰0‑30份;矿粉0‑20份;天然砂80‑160份;减水剂5.5‑6.5份;漂珠60‑90份;纳米SiO2 0‑15份;碳纳米管0‑1.5份;氧化石墨烯0‑6份;水50‑70份;竹纤维:1.5‑7.5份。按照其配合比设计,成功研制出强度等级LC60以上性能较好的竹纤维轻质高强混凝土,有力提升了轻骨料混凝土的抗拉强度,使得轻质高强混凝土的脆性得到降低,有利于轻骨料混凝土的工程推广应用。
