Cement asphalt mortar, mixing procedure, railway ballast grouting procedure and grouting type track structure
The invention relates to the technical field of railway tracks, and provides a pouring type track structure, cement asphalt mortar and a mixing procedure of production and manufacturing of the cement asphalt mortar, and the cement asphalt mortar is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1 part of cement (P.1), 1.4 parts of quick-breaking type cationic emulsified asphalt (PC-1), 0.04 part of a water reducing agent, 1.2 parts of sand, 0.14 part of CMC-Na, 0.0002 part of aluminum powder and 0.01 part of calcium chloride. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly fully mixing emulsified asphalt and a water reducing agent, then adding calcium chloride and a CMC-Na emulsion stabilizer, then sequentially adding cement and sand, and uniformly mixing to obtain the special cement asphalt mortar disclosed by the invention. By means of the technical scheme, the problems that in the prior art, track ballast is prone to sedimentation and deformation in the using process, and grading degradation is caused due to the fact that ballast aggregate particles are prone to being broken are solved.
本发明涉及铁路轨道技术领域,提出了灌入式轨道结构、水泥沥青砂浆及其生产制造的拌和程序,水泥沥青砂浆,配方一,包括以下重量份的原料:水泥(P·1)1份、快裂型阳离子乳化沥青(PC‑1)1.4份、减水剂0.04份、砂1.2份、CMC‑Na 0.14份、铝粉0.0002份、氯化钙0.01份。并需遵循先将乳化沥青与减水剂先进行充分拌和的预处理,随后并加入氯化钙与CMC‑Na此二项乳液稳定剂之后,再依序将水泥与砂加入拌和直至均匀,使成为本发明特用的水泥沥青砂浆。通过上述技术方案,解决了现有技术中的轨道道碴使用过程中易沉降变形,以及道碴骨料颗粒易破碎造成级配降级等问题。
