Carbon-absorbing and sound-insulating lightweight board and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a carbon-absorbing and sound-insulating lightweight board. The carbon-absorbing and sound-insulating lightweight board comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60-100 parts of a carbonized cementing material; 30 to 50 parts by weight of aminated aerogel; and 5-10 parts by weight of a carbonization reinforcing agent. Compared with the prior art, the lightweight board has the advantages that the carbonized cementing material is used as a main body, the aminated aerogel is added, and the aminated aerogel not only has larger specific surface area and higher porosity, but also contains basic groups, and can selectively and effectively adsorb carbon dioxide through combination of chemical adsorption and physical adsorption, so that the lightweight board not only can insulate sound, but also can effectively adsorb carbon dioxide; the influence of noise is reduced, a large amount of carbon dioxide can be absorbed and fixed, and emission of carbon dioxide is reduced; meanwhile, the carbonization reinforcing agent is added, so that the breaking strength of the light board is improved.
