The invention discloses autoclaved aerated concrete based on printing and dyeing sludge incineration ash and capable of solidifying heavy metals and a preparation method. The autoclaved aerated concrete is prepared from the printing and dyeing sludge incineration ash, waste glass powder, hydroxyapatite powder, zeolite powder, cement, lime, desulfurized gypsum, aluminum powder and sodium hydroxide. The preparation method comprises the following steps: mixing and grinding the printing and dyeing sludge incineration ash, the waste glass powder, the hydroxyapatite powder, the zeolite powder, the cement, the lime and the desulfurized gypsum to obtain mixed powder, adding water, stirring, adding the aluminum powder and the sodium hydroxide to form slurry, curing the slurry to form a foamed blank, and finally carrying out autoclaved treatment on the foamed blank to obtain the autoclaved aerated concrete. According to the autoclaved aerated concrete, on the basis of utilization of the printing and dyeing sludge incineration ash, the mixing amount of the autoclaved aerated concrete can be increased and can reach 30% or above, meanwhile, the autoclaved aerated concrete has excellent mechanical properties, and heavy metal leaching in the printing and dyeing sludge incineration ash is solidified from the source.
本发明公开了一种基于印染污泥焚烧灰渣并固化重金属的蒸压加气混凝土及制备方法,包括印染污泥焚烧灰渣、废玻璃粉、羟基磷灰石粉、沸石粉、水泥、石灰、脱硫石膏、铝粉及氢氧化钠;制备时将印染污泥焚烧灰渣、废玻璃粉、羟基磷灰石粉、沸石粉、水泥、石灰、脱硫石膏混合粉磨制得混合料粉,加水搅拌并加入铝粉及氢氧化钠形成料浆,将该料浆养护形成发泡坯体,最后将该发泡坯体进行蒸压处理制得蒸压加气混凝土。该蒸压加气混凝土能够基于印染污泥焚烧灰渣的利用基础上,提高其掺量,使得其掺量能够达到30%以上,同时具有优异的力学性能,并且从根源上固化印染污泥焚烧灰渣中的重金属浸出。
