Microporous mullite-corundum composite low-ablation refractory concrete
The invention discloses microporous mullite-corundum composite low-ablation refractory concrete and a preparation method of the microporous mullite-corundum composite low-ablation refractory concrete. The invention relates to a high-strength corundum refractory material which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-50 wt% of corundum granules with the particle size of 10-0.074 mm, 25-45 wt% of microporous mullite with the particle size of 10-0.074 mm, 0-10 wt% of corundum fine powder with the particle size of less than 0.074 mm, 10-20 wt% of pure calcium aluminate cement and a dispersing agent accounting for 0.1-0.3 wt% of the total mass of the raw materials. The microporous mullite-corundum composite low-ablation refractory concrete can be prepared by uniformly mixing the raw materials and the admixture according to the mass percentage, directly adding water for mixing on site, and performing vibration molding in a mold. The protective coating has the characteristics of good air permeability, good thermal shock resistance, high temperature resistance, scouring resistance and low ablation, and can be used for a protective coating of a direct contact area of a counter-fire surface of a diversion trench for launching high-temperature tail flames of rockets or deep well missiles.
本发明公开了一种微孔莫来石—刚玉复合的低烧蚀耐火混凝土及制备方法。采用的原料及其质量百分比如下:粒度为10~0.074mm的刚玉颗粒料30~50 wt%、粒度为10~0.074mm的微孔莫来石25~45wt%、粒度小于0.074mm刚玉细粉0~10wt%、纯铝酸钙水泥10~20wt%,另外外加占其原料总质量0.1~0.3wt%分散剂;按此质量百分比将原料和外加剂混合均匀,现场直接加水拌和,在模具中经振动成型可制得微孔莫来石—刚玉复合的低烧蚀耐火混凝土。本发明具有透气性好、抗热冲击性好,耐高温、抗冲刷、低烧蚀特点,可用于火箭或深井导弹发射高温尾焰导流槽迎火面的直接接触区的防护层。
