The anti-static domestic ceramic comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of zircon sand; 3 to 5 parts of ZnO co-doped with Fe, Ce and Al; 2-4 parts of titanium nitride; 4-6 parts of dolomite; 1-3 parts of tungsten oxide; 3-7 parts of yttrium oxide; 4-8 parts of polyvinyl alcohol; and 35-45 parts of water. The antistatic ceramic prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has excellent antistatic property, mechanical property and the like by utilizing the interaction among the components.
本发明属于日用陶瓷技术领域，具体涉及一种防静电日用陶瓷及其制备方法和应用。按重量份计，所述防静电日用陶瓷包括以下原料：锆英砂60～80份；Fe、Ce和Al共掺杂ZnO3～5份；氮化钛2～4份；白云石4～6份；氧化钨1～3份；氧化钇3～7份；聚乙烯醇4～8份；水35～45份。本发明制备的抗静电陶瓷，利用组分之间的相互作用，具有优异的抗静电性能、力学性能等性能。
