The invention provides a steel anchor box and a stay cable anchoring method, and relates to the technical field of stay cable anchoring, and the steel anchor box comprises a side pulling plate, a wall plate, an anchoring pressure assembly and a counter-force assembly; the plurality of side pulling plates are arranged in parallel at intervals; the number of the wall plates is two, the two wall plates are arranged between the two adjacent side pulling plates in a spaced mode and matched with the side pulling plates to define a box body with the two ends open, and the wall plates are used for being connected with the tower wall. The plurality of anchoring and pressing assemblies are arranged in the box body and are respectively connected with the wall plates on the two sides of the side pulling plate; the counter-force assembly is erected in the box body, and the two ends of the counter-force assembly abut against the two anchor pressure assemblies oppositely arranged on the two sides correspondingly. Prestress is applied to the side pulling plate of the steel anchor box through the counter-force assembly, and the counter-force assembly is disassembled before the stay cable is tensioned. Due to the fact that the pulling force and the prestress of the stay cables are the same in size and direction, the tower wall is close to an unstressed state, and the phenomenon that the steel wall plate and the concrete are locally disengaged is avoided.
本发明提供了一种钢锚箱及斜拉索锚固方法,涉及斜拉索锚固技术领域,钢锚箱包括侧拉板、壁板、锚压组件和反力组件;侧拉板多个,且互相平行间隔设置;壁板有两个,两个壁板间隔设置在相邻的两个侧拉板之间,并与侧拉板配合围设成两端开口的箱体,壁板用于与塔壁连接;锚压组件有多个,多个锚压组件设置在箱体内,并分别与侧拉板两侧的壁板相接;反力组件架设在箱体内且两端分别与两侧的相对设置的两个锚压组件相抵接。本发明通过反力组件对钢锚箱侧拉板施加预应力,张拉斜拉索之前,拆卸反力组件。由于斜拉索的拉力与预应力大小和方向均相同,因此塔壁接近无应力状态,避免出现钢壁板和混凝土局部脱空的现象。
