Bidirectional electromigration repair method for in-service marine concrete pile foundation
The invention discloses a bidirectional electromigration repair method for an in-service maritime work concrete pile foundation. The method comprises the following steps that an electrolytic bath with a steel bar in a concrete pile as a cathode and a graphite plate as an anode is constructed; preparing a saturated Ca (OH) 2 solution containing a corrosion inhibitor as an electrolyte, and adding sodium hydroxide to enable the electrolyte to be alkaline; the method comprises the following steps: injecting an electrolyte into an electrolytic cell, connecting an alternating current power supply between a cathode and an anode through a wire, starting bidirectional electromigration repair, controlling the current density to be 0.75-5A/m < 2 >, adding phosphoric acid to increase the pH value to 9 when the pH value of the electrolyte is less than 7, and ending electrification after the electrification time is 20-28 days. According to the method, the electromigration experiment is carried out by adopting square wave current, the hydrogen embrittlement phenomenon can be reduced, the damage to the mechanical property of the reinforcing steel bar is reduced, more corrosion inhibitors and more chloride ions can be migrated, and the reinforcing steel bar can be better protected.
