Miniature pile reinforcing construction method for tunnel foundation under unfavorable geological conditions
The invention provides a micro pile reinforcement construction method for a tunnel foundation under unfavorable geological conditions, which comprises the following steps: step 1, before excavating a tunnel inverted arch, drilling a main pile at the outline of the bottom surface of the inverted arch to form a main pile hole; 2, a plurality of branch pile holes are continuously drilled downwards in the hole bottom of the main pile hole, the branch pile holes are obliquely formed, and the included angle between any two adjacent branch pile holes is the same; 3, micro pile steel bars are bound in the branch pile holes, and concrete is poured to form micro piles; 4, reinforcing parts are installed in the main pile holes, and grouting is conducted in the main pile holes to form main piles; steel bars of the multiple micro piles extend into the main pile hole, and the steel bars of the multiple micro piles are connected with the reinforcing pieces; and 5, pouring the inverted arch of the tunnel so as to connect all the main piles into a whole. The main pile and micro pile structure exerts larger bearing capacity, and when the tunnel is located in a large-area expansive soil V-grade surrounding rock section, the floating and sinking amount of a shallow-buried section foundation is controlled; and the construction disturbance is small.
本发明提供不良地质条件下隧道基础的微型桩加固施工方法,施工方法包括以下步骤:步骤1,隧道仰拱开挖之前,在仰拱底面轮廓处进行主桩钻孔,以形成主桩孔;步骤2,在主桩孔的孔底继续向下钻设多个分支桩孔,分支桩孔倾斜设置,任意相邻两分支桩孔的夹角相同;步骤3,在分支桩孔中绑扎微型桩钢筋,并浇筑混凝土以形成微型桩;步骤4,在主桩孔中安装加固件,并在主桩孔中注浆以形成主桩;多个微型桩的钢筋均伸入到主桩孔中,且多个微型桩钢筋均与加固件相互连接;步骤5,进行隧道仰拱浇筑,以将所有主桩连接为一体。主桩加微型桩结构发挥更大的承载能力,在隧道处于大面积膨胀土以V级围岩地段,控制浅埋段地基上浮及下沉量;且施工扰动小。
