The invention discloses a positioning system for erecting a foundation static load detection device, which consists of a vertical rod, a light projector and a flat remote controller in signal connection with the light projector, the light projector is mounted on the vertical rod and is positioned in a manner of being adjustable in ground clearance, and a target point of the light projector is set as the center of the surface of a pile. The flat remote controller is provided with a micro program for projection control, the light projector is remotely controlled to emit projection light beams to the ground of an erection area by setting corresponding detection working conditions and parameters of all components of the static load detection device, and the bearing plate and the ballasting platform buttress are placed and the reference pile is installed based on the projection light beams. According to the positioning system, the parameters meeting the actual working condition are set through the light projector and the remote control panel device which only consume electric energy, and the projection reference light meeting the standard requirement is provided, so that the dependence on the experience of workers and rework are avoided, and the hoisting operation efficiency is improved; accurate and labor-saving erection is achieved, and potential safety hazards can be avoided.
