The water supply and drainage system comprises a drainage pipeline and a filtering mechanism, the filtering mechanism comprises a filtering box, a water inlet and a water outlet are formed in the top end and the bottom of the filtering box respectively, and conversion assemblies are arranged on the water inlet and the water outlet and comprise conversion pipes; one end of the conversion pipe is provided with a joint sleeve matched with the water inlet and the water outlet, the other end of the conversion pipe is provided with a bearing sleeve connected with a drainage pipeline, a frame is detachably arranged in the filter box, the frame is obliquely arranged in the filter box, the frame is provided with a filter screen, the filter screen is provided with a material leakage opening, and the filter screen is provided with a water inlet and a water outlet. A storage box corresponding to the material leaking opening is connected to the frame, and water draining holes are formed in the storage box. Through the design of the filter tank and the filter screen in the filter tank, discharged sewage can be well filtered, and solid and liquid can be separated in real time.
